Construction Issues
DeFur Voran has represented clients on construction matters for decades. Generally representing the owner, but sometimes the architect or the contractor, the firm has been involved with all aspects of construction law, from drafting contracts to the most complex lawsuits or arbitrations. Often, DeFur Voran’s attorneys are involved with the planning and design of a project, including the preparation of the construction contracts and related documents. We have represented private parties and public entities, and believe that our diverse practice in this area gives us a broad perspective and significant experience with which to assist our clients.
