For many of our clients, we serve as general counsel. This involves being the point person for legal issues that might be handled in-house by our attorneys, or which might be referred to other counsel, depending on the nature of the legal problem. We serve as general counsel for several different types of clients, including for-profit and not-for-profit corporations, LLCs, banks, hospitals, education entities and governmental entities.
