Litigation
Business, commercial and construction litigation are the principal areas of our practice, along with our personal injury practice representing both injured persons and defending liability cases. We offer smaller and mid-sized companies or entities cost-effective representation and the level of expertise expected from a much larger firm. With substantial trial and litigation experience, our attorneys work closely with our clients to consider and use all options, including litigation, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), or litigation avoidance and counseling, where appropriate, to arrive at solutions which make good business sense.
Complex commercial litigation often requires a broad knowledge of the various aspects of the American judicial system. Our lawyers are keenly aware of the legal and business ramifications of the litigation matters they accept, whether the disputes involve corporate fraud and abuse, a business dissolution or contractual dispute, trademark and copyright infringement, restrictive covenants, construction issues or executive compensation.
